Green Emotional Terrorism

This Administration, be it the Left or the Right, can be defined as emotional terrorists.  They create fear in half the Americans that are not being told the whole truth, and hence are left to fill in the blanks in any way their imagination may see fit.  Or conversely, they have uninformed masses that applaud the changes they are told about, while kept from the awareness of the true meaning that lies behind the false nobility.

The leaders from the Right are equally as guilty by virtue of their silence.  This leads the public to suspect complicity.  Both parties create discord, uncertainty, and fear; just by different methods.  Both parties draw the American people into the ‘content’ of legislation, while neither Party reveals to American citizens the ‘context’ from which it all flows.  The prevailing perception is that these deceptive tactics exist for a reason while we are left to ferret out the meanings for ourselves.

If a person reads Agenda 21 of the United Nations Sustainable Development Program, it becomes clear what this Administration stands for.  If one reads the Marrakech Transition Process, we become aware of the time-line for this agenda.  Even the noblest of these global ideals is perverted by the corruption in the means that are being used to evoke them.

The majority did not vote for a man who said, “I want a one world economy, a one world group therapy session where bugs, animals, and humans all sit around in euphoric harmony swapping stories while your property, lives, lifestyles and livelihoods will have to be radically altered.” We did not vote to embrace biological, judicial, social, cultural and economic equity as defined by these U.N. Accords.  We were denied participation on the real issues. We continue to be denied access to scrutinize the veracity of these noble-sounding projects. We are denied the opportunity to participate in innovative private sector solutions. We are denied our voice in how to balance globalization with sovereignty.  The prevailing thought is that Government knows best.  However, they were not elected to impose their will upon society, they were elected to uphold and defend our society.

Your Life Plan  (but planned by someone else, not you!)

There is a plan for Social Equity, Economic Equity, and Biologic Equity disguised beneath a false nobility...

On our public education system - to prepare our children to live in a equitable world.

On our economy - to create partnerships between business and government, selecting favored businesses as a tool to help implement the policies with our taxpayer money.

On the environment - leading to controls on private property and business.

On health care
- with a new drive that is leading directly toward controls on what we eat, how we exercise, etc.

On farming - Sustainable Development policies enforced with greatly increased powers of the USDA and FDA that affect farmers production choices and outputs by regulating land, water, bio-equity, bio-diversity, chemicals, and genetics in the name of environmental protection.

On our social and cultural environment - where political correctness is controlling policy hiring practices, immigration policy, multiculturalism, marriage laws, etc.

On our mobility - with emphasis on carpools and public transportation and away from our freedom of personal transportation choices.

On public safety - where the rule of law and the court system is being challenged by new regulations that affect the right to privacy and unreasonable search and seizures.

On our Water-which seek to reduce the American household from an avg. consumption of 100 gals/day to 26 gals/day.

To give you part of the picture, there is a comprehensive agenda for each of the following (and then some):

Global governance for peace and security
Global economic governance
International cooperation for development
Strengthening the multilateral trading system
International cooperation for protecting shared environmental resources
Global health
Biodiversity Initiative
Cities for Climate Protection
EcoMobility (mobility without dependency on the private car)
Climate Change & Sustainable Development
Energy for Sustainable Development
Sustainable Consumption & Production Patterns
Agriculture
Atmosphere, Water, Land, and Seas
Biodiversity
Bio-Equity
Biotechnology
Waste Management

The Perfect Storm

Our country is being taken over by the color 'green'.  The notion that we must save our planet is so thoroughly ingrained in the majority of our population, that they gleefully embrace those that stand up in support it.  Who can deny that we want clean water?  Does anyone in their right mind wish for air you can see and chew on?  'Green' is the perfect vehicle by which those that seek power can obtain it.  We will applaud the ushering in of the new era, failing to recognize that we are all being huddled into manageable little enclaves of compliancy as we welcome the loss of our freedom by eco-strangulation.

The Messiah

A cacophony of change whirls about us in a cyclonic maelstrom of confusion.  George Soros and his myriad of minions, in conjunction with the Rockefeller Foundation,  have chosen Obama to be the anointed one, to be the Hammer that delivers the final nail into the coffin of America. By the end of his regime, he will be the Messiah of Our Future dispensing his Golden Alms to a populace that will be dependent upon them for their very survival.  It is a bi-partisan agenda, for when the coffin lid shuts, we all suffocate together.

A Letter to our Leaders

The members of S.P.I.N.  (www.spinpolitico.com) and myself  have composed a letter that we urge everyone to copy and send to their respective Congressman and Senators. Please take this letter and post it everywhere, have those on your friends list copy and send it as well. We want to bombard our Leaders with a loud voice of discontent! The letter follows:

Unalienable rights were not conferred by Man, they were bestowed by a Creator, nor was it ever intended that they be taken by Man. Our individual rights operate within the sphere of a civil society that recognizes our individuality and right to discover and exercise our potential so long as it remains tempered in such a way as to not infringe on another’s rights. Although all men are created equal in the eyes of the law, we all remain unequal in character, temperament, aptitude, drive, and spirit. Legislature that seeks to homogenize man will erode a civil society and undermine industrious productivity.

Unalienble rights are the basis for a Moral Society and the fabric of National Unity. Each individual is granted the freedom to practice their spirituality in any manner they deem fit, so long as they respect our cultural heritage. Immigrants refuse to be assimilated into our country and the Liberals tear our foundations to shreds as they deny America so as not to offend others. History has shown repeatedly that once a Society loses all moral ground, the culture disintegrates and fails. Ironically, the primary reason Terrorists seek to destroy us is because in their eyes with are morally decadent and an offense to the Earth. In our own country, morality is eschewed for ever-changing hedonistic perversity which is to be accepted as normal, while religion and spirituality are deemed the new perversity. Without underlying connectivity of a Moral Code that is strengthed by the ability to communicate effectively with Societal members sharing a common language; we to will soon implode from within.

A civil society is maintained by a rule of law that is known, just, predictable, and applied equally to all people. The framework for these laws is set forth in the Constitution, which preclude the use of arbitrary manipulation and the abuse of power that such manipulations result in. The arbitrary manipulation of these laws undermines freedom of enterprise and erodes financial markets. How is it possible for a company or individual to plan for tomorrow when there is no legal certitude of what that tomorrow may bring?

Our modern Utopian Liberal leaders believe in the power of Government where the few are dictating to the many. With total abandon they seek to negate the equal opportunity of the individual to explore and benefit from his/her own unique potential, by illegally suppressing individuals into a state of equality through manipulation of the law and authoritarian pressures never intended by our Founders.

The Constitution is clear in delineating Federal power, and specifically enumerates the confines it should operate within. Beyond these narrow parameters the power remained with the states and the individuals. The Liberal’s thirst for power constantly manipulates public perception via their endless litany of false pretexts and grievances that incessantly demonize the industrious, the earnest, and the successful as the perpetrators of civil inequity that they use to rationalize further government intervention. The goodwill of unfettered man can be demonstrated over and over again in our history, and although not perfect, the benevolence of his nature that is born within the womb of freedom outstrips greatly the animosity and discord created via legislated constraints. Will a small business owner feel goodwill towards an employee he is forced to endure and compensate despite a lack of contribution, simply because of compliancy to Union contracts?

We Americans are outraged watching our Leaders commit political and economic schizophrenia. We will no longer tolerate the greed, corruption, collusion, incompetence, and manipulations. The Liberals are drunk with power and the cathexses of their impoverished and tarnished soul plays out in our Society in self-defeating contradictions. Let’s consider in small part how Government intervention and the Liberal hyperbole have undermined this country:

• A favorite target for the Liberals is the oil companies. While their mantra is energy independence, they have so regulated the oil companies that it is virtually impossible for them to operate effectively or effiecently. There has not been a new refinery built in this country since 1982, and the 301 operating refineries have dwindled to 149 over that same period, while the demand has increased 125%. Then Liberals have the nerve to demonize the oil companies, claiming they are making record profits at the expense of society. Truth of the matter is that the oil companies consistently make between 8-9 cents per gallon for every dollar of gasoline sold. The federal government makes 18.4 cents for every gallon sold via their levied excise taxes. So who is really profiteering? According to Investor’s Business Daily: From 1997 to 2004 oil companies paid $518 billion in federal and state taxes at an average rate of 45%, while clearing $630 billion. Over that same period, in addition to taxes collected from the oil companies, the federal government collected from consumers an additional $1.34 trillion in excise fuel taxes.

• Another example of the schizophrenic self-defeating interventions of the Government can be seen in the auto industry, which they alone have almost single-handedly ruined (along with the Airline and Steel industries). The auto industry is so crippled with Unions and regulations it cannot possibly operate in a competitive manner. New C.A.F.E. standards levied against auto manufacturers are estimated to cost $110 billion to research and produce. This will add another estimated $6,000 to every car produced. Couple this with the $2,500 each car is already burdened because of Union obligations, each car will have to be padded $8,500 in compliancy fees before you even begin paying for the actual car itself! For $8,500 you could almost buy an entire entry level imported vehicle. Example after example can be given as to why Government should remain within its’ constitutional confines of Governance, and stay the hell out of free-market enterprise. Again, this list is so long it would require at least 2,000 pages to ennumerate all the ruination you have wrought this country.

Entire books on a variety of unique subjects are written on how Government itself is the culprit for most of the ills in our Society. We expect our Conservative Leaders to put an end to this, yet, with very few exceptions we watch as they timidly stand on the side-lines and ineffectively fumble about. Those that do not raise a loud voice against Evil, are they themselves just as corrupt as the Evil they bear witness to. We expect a fight so impassioned that Heaven will hear the din of your public outcry. American’s are becoming so upset that if you do not bring some order to Government, we will kick you ALL out of Our House and restore our Republic once again with a Government that serves the people with dignity, lawfulness, integrity, and honor. This letter is going out to both parties, but we expect our Republican leaders to do the following:

1. Bring lawfulness to the country and first and foremost demand that the Supreme Court and FBI determine beyond any shadow of doubt the eligibility of Obama to hold office. For many this had never been much of a concern until he has demonstrated by his continual manipulation of the law, the Courts, and his own expenditures to circumvent this issue. The Supreme Court has already dismissed 8 such filings, and have retorted as their basis for so doing that “these things have already been thoroughly dissected on Twitter, Facebook, and other blogs sites”. Since when did Twitter become a court of law? Obama has so immunized himself from prosecution that no citizen can even begin proceedings against him. Congress can. Do it!

2. Defend H.R. 450 and expose Pelosi and others that conspired to shelve this Bill. Tell the American people that those individuals had a problem with Constitutional Accountability and denounce them with vigor for their illegality.

3. There is no other singularly more important underlying debilitating issue facing this country’s politics and economy then illegal immigrants. End chained immigration. Restore quotas. Enforce immigration laws and get them ALL out of our country. There is no path of assimilation, nor do they even wish to be assimilated. They are a tool to be used by the Democratic party while they drain our Education and Health Care systems, contribute the most crime, depend the most on our Welfare systems, and create an aggregate loss of revenue for this country of nearly $400 billion/annum and rapidly growing unchecked. Any person coming into our country must pledge their allegiance to this country and honor our heritage, culture, and language. Amnesty is not an acceptable solution.

4. We are sick of seeing those that were most responsible for the failure of our economic systems getting a free ride, while they themselves come on TV and point their fingers at everyone else. Frank, Dodds, and Schumer should be investigated and prosecuted.

5. The Supreme Court has become a joke, as it is just another political tool to be manipulated. Our leaders are mandated by the People to uphold the Constitution as it was meant and intended. If a constitutional question should arise, we expect our leaders through historical research to ferret out the original meanings and intent as prescribed by our Founders, and then uphold them. A Supreme Court that is largely comprised of members that are ex-ACLU Directors can be deemed as having competing interests and operating in collusion with their cronies. Overhaul it!

6. Institute term limits to the Houses and the Supreme Court.

7. Restore Government to its constitutional limitations and get out of the States and individuals lives. Let a State go bankrupt. The people are free to exercise their mobility and take residence in States that embrace their attitudes and mores.

8. The biggest ponzie scheme ever levied in the history of America is Social Security, Medicare, and Medi-aide. The American people are sick of having our tax money being sold back to us in the form of services. We have paid our taxes, and now because you have irresponsibly mismanaged your entrusted positions, you financially burden us with greater taxes in the form of services.

9. If the EFCA or Socialized Medicine should ever become law, anyone that supports these will never see another term in office. We are not going to tolerate any more, its’ as simple as that.

10. Campaign and elections need a complete overhaul. It is an illusion foisted upon the American people that fair and free elections take place in this country. It is very simple to do, yet, it is never done. We are sick of having Unions, Community Organizations, Lobbyists, and Media perpetuating a corrupt Government.

11. ACORN was supposedly being invesitgated for voter registration fraud in 13 states. We want to know the results of this investigation and we want to see these people brought to justice.

12. Those that have broken the law (such as failure to pay taxes) have no right to be confirmed by the Senate and Congress. It is outrageous to consider that such individuals are even allowed upon the floor for consideration. Your role in Society is to uphold the Law, and no Lawmaker should ever be in a position of authority to dispense Law when he/she themselves have not impeccably upheld it.

13. End earmark spending. Taxpayers money should not be used to fund projects in other people's States in which they do not reside.

We expect our Republican leaders to start making some heads roll, while at the same time steering this country back to the great nation it once was because we had a Constitutional premise that enabled this country to flourish. The Constitution greatly restricted your Powers for very good reason. You can't even count votes. You can't secure a border. You can't balance a budget or live within your means. Yet, you have the gall to think you can intervene in the private sector and run Insurance companies, Oil Companies, Car companies; and now via Socialized Medicine have the power of life or death over our own bodies. We want our Freedom restored, or we will take it back.

It's Not the Economy, It's Power

Seems everyone is talking about the fallacies of the Stimulus Package.  Obama is being judged on his merits or lack thereof in regards to  his convulted and contradictory economic plans.  He is a Master of Obfuscation and Re-Direction.While people look at the veneer, the oblique seems to be overlooked: a coup d'etat of this country. If we trace back the history of the Federal Reserve, factor in the mission statement of the Rockefeller Foundation, and then look at current machinations; it makes one sit back and go "hmmm".

Consider that once one has accumulated wealth, all that is left to pursue is Power. When considering the actions of Obama & Co through a paradigmatic perspective of 'power', things begin to look a bit different.

1. He wants the Census Bureau under the control of the White House. This should have had revolts in the streets, yet it seems to have quietly slipped away.

2. He is allocating 647 billion to a centralized health care computing system, in which your medical records are no longer private. This is an essential step in the process of eroding the 2nd Amendment. He is re-writing gun registration laws that will virtually disqualify anyone from being able to purchase a firearm, and with this computer system will be able to monitor and enforce compliancy. At the same time, he is pushing for a Youth Corp that "should be funded and equipped to act as any modern militia".

3. Although publically he has renounced the Fairness Doctrine, he is hellbent on pursuing this; albeit marketed under a different name. He also wishes to expand this to include the Internet. This erodes the 1st Amendment.

4. They are chomping at the bit to pass the EFCA, thus forcing every employee and company into Unionization, which will be arbitrated and enforced by the Feds. This will drive the prices of all goods and services thru the roof. At the same time, come 2011 tax increases which will also carry many new taxes, this will break the backs of everyone. Additionally, while increasing tax burdens in so many ways that one's head will swim, he is also eliminating many tax write-offs, such as  a percantage of your mortgage interest payments, charitable contributions, etc etc.

5. In addition, via the EFCA, it is hoped to get 105 million disenfranchised workers into a Union and the be "card carrying" members. This introduces a Federal ID card to the American workforce.

6. Socialized Medicine will further circulate this Federal ID chip. Government bail-outs of banking systems will introduce new laws of compliancy. Ultimately, all financial and medical information for the citizens will be contained on this chip. (not to be confused with the RF-ID chip of conspiracy theorists).

7. Socialized Medicine, by necessisty, must have a cost/value risk assessment disclaimer attached to it. This will hasten the passage of the "baby-boomers". (for example, if you are 65 and need kidney dialysis, you will NOT get it, it being deemed too costly a procedure for one of such an age). When the baby-boomers are gone, so too will be the last voice of dissention.

8. Via the Global Poverty Act and other insidisous machinations, it should be readily apparent that 'globalization' is the aim of this adminstration. Already talks are underway for a 'one world currency'. In order to foist these hidden agenda, the back and the will of the people have to be broken, so they in turn will BEG for the "help".

In the final analysis, the people will beg for their own chains, as Obama and Co. set themselves up to be the world leaders that will be handing out the alms. The possibility for the accumulation of wealth is being destroyed, for the last thing any Dictator wants is to have a threat to power. There will be a 1 party ruling elite class, and the populace will be reduced to having to suck at the tit of Government in order to survive.

Day after day I hear about Obama and his socialization of America.  This is obvious, but it is not the point.  Nazi Germany had a Socialized economy.  The problem was not what economic model they used, the problem was that a Dictator was in control of it.  Truly Capitalism is at stake here, but more importantly...Democracy is.

The EFCA and the Destruction of America

One of the businesses I own is a non-union Paving Company that does both smaller jobs and large-scale jobs. A small paving crew will typically consist of 2 roller men, 2 rakers, 3 laborers, and 2 paving machine operators, 1 tractor operator. In a non-Union shop such as mine, the 7 skilled operators tend to be interchangeable; doing whatever needs to be done to get the job done effectively. For example, we may be waiting an hour or 2 for the next asphalt shipment during which time the paving machine operators are not paving, nor is the roller man rolling. On my crew, the roller man then might hop on a tractor to stockpile debris, or may pick up a broom to clean some mess (these are just examples). My operators are paid $37.50/hr plus benefits. My unskilled laborers are paid $22/hr plus benefits. They are all paid one-way drive time on top of time spent working on the job, and drive to and from the jobs in company vehicles.

Now if you happen to be a Union roller man it is mandated that they be paid $57.50/hr. That’s $9,860/mo to the employee at a cost of almost $13,000 month to me (not including his truck, gas, cell phone, and truck insurance). While waiting this hypothetical 2 hours for more material to arrive to the job, there is still plenty to do, such as priming or tacking the next area, clean-up, edge treatment, etc. If my Union roller man were sitting there, I might yell out..."hey Juan, why don't you lend a hand over here and help get this next area ready"?! His answer would be: "sorry Boss, no can do, not in my job description", and he would not get off the seat or move for that entire 2 hours of lag time. He would turn on his radio, grab his lunch box, kick up his feet, and wait. I could not fire him either.

During the course of a "normal" job (non-Union), at the end of the day, the Operators leave and the clean-up crew and roller man are left finish up. They typically work one hour longer than the rest of the boys to get things done. If it were a Union job, the chances are the job would not even get done in 1 day, and no matter what, the speed at which they work is such that to finalize the job, they are usually on-site for an additional 3 hours (thus, milking the job for time and half).

I relate this because I vehemently oppose the EFCA. There are some good Unions in this country, and you never hear about them dragging economies down. But Construction unions are historically debilitating. My primary objections to the EFCA are two-fold. One example is above. The second objection is that compliances, wages, benefits, etc will be DICTATED by the Federal Government. Some agent, whom knows NOTHING about a particular industry, can come in and indiscriminately set any price he wants. He may say: "You have to pay a roller man $75/hr". (surely it will be some price above the current going rate, just so they can justify how good they have been for the American worker).

Inasmuch that the mission is to unionize EVERY company with 3 or more employees, imagine the impact. Imagine having to pay the girl that answers the phone $22/hr. Imagine how the wealth will be re-distributed. Now imagine the impact upon Society. Of course Juan will be rejoicing that now they are making $155,000/yr (plus truck, phone, gas, insurance, and a job for life with benefits)...can't say I blame him...BUT...

Let’s look at a bigger picture. I completed a private-sector (non-Union) $4,000,000 paving job last year for a subdivision (new tract of homes). The Developers price to develop the site was 335 million. They in turn sold the improved land to Builders, hoping to make $50,000 per lot. The Builders built homes starting at 1.3 million dollars, again, each marking up their base house $50,000.

When all this work becomes unionized, the cost for developing this site would probably escalate to about 800 million. That 1.3 million dollar final product house will now probably have to sell for around 4 million dollars, just to make the same $50,000 profit. Now, imagine the impact to our cost of living when ALL companies are unionized. Imagine the cost of living when ALL goods and services carry this burden. It’s a good thing that Juan got this huge raise, because his dollar isn’t going to go very far. But that’s not all...

What about me? Let’s assume I make $250,000/yr. I work on a Gross Profit of 15% and a hopeful Net Profit of 7%. What used to be a $50,000 job is now a $100,000 job, for I had to pass these increased costs of operations on the consumer. Small property owners struggling to collect their monthly rents may put off spending money on capital improvements; they simply will not be able to afford it until the necessary rent increases begin to build up capital reserves. Naturally, in this process some of their tenants may go out of business as people deem having to pay $15 for having a shirt dry-cleaned as too much money. This in turn will make capital reserve goals for the Landlord a much more sluggish process. I will probably lose 20% of my business as the lower end of the market dries up. As this lower end of the market erodes, it will further drive up costs on the bigger projects. The scarcity of work will drive profits down and ultimately lead to the failure of many small businesses.

The workers believe they are benefitting. That myth will soon be debunked. Everyone in Society loses, and the Owner (me, the one strapped with ALL the responsibilities), doesn't get one iota more money out of the deal, in fact, it may be very hard to even sustain the continuation of the business and the employment for others. The notion that this will create a thriving market is erroneous, for you and I will be getting hammered. Juan has not really seen any increase of wealth as his extra money is eaten up by the increased cost of living. This insures that middle class and upper-middle class individuals cannot ever really hope to make it to "wealth" or even get ahead at all.

In this simple model outlined above I have not even taken into account the myriad of both known tax increases and new tax burdens still being kicked around, that are going to be levied against ALL individuals and businesses, regardless of income. While Juan has this perceived increase of salary, his ultimate take-home pay increase will scarcely be noticeable. The only thing that will be noticeable is that their standard of living is less, as the cost of living goes through the roof. Also not taken into account is the impact this will have on unemployment. We have all heard how small business is responsible for 70% of the jobs in this country. Small businesses will be collapsing left and right under the weight of all these burdens.

What about our leaders? They have already amassed their wealth, none of this affects them. Once you have wealth, all that is left to accumulate is Power. If you or I should accumulate wealth, we then become a threat to Power. People with power is the antithesis of a Socialistic society, the very thought of having a challenge to power is anathema to the Leaders. Anyone supporting this Bill  must think the American people are stupid has they shovel out their  drivel of corruption. I put forth to any Union or any Politician the following question:

Explain how it is that mandating increased wages and benefits by being forced to hire workers that are not compensated by merit, but rather only by 'length of service' will help this economy when:

1.  The increased burden on cost of operations will be passed thru onto all goods and services?

2.  When all the new tax increases will effectively raise Federal Taxes to 53%, that too being passed on to goods and services?

3.  When all Americans (even the incompetent and lazy union workers) will be hit with increased taxes, driving the cost of living up, while driving the amount of disposable income down?

How stupid do you think the American people are?  Answer these questions and give us a lesson in how your corrupt economics work.

So, this is how re-distribution of wealth works (in the most easily understood pragmatic way I could think of to express). This is how Power works. This is where we are headed; this is what we will become. Wherever you are at in life, live with it...because the chances to move higher are being taken away from you.
